 This guy attends UW-Stout in Menominee, Wisconsin.  That’s not far from where I grew up.  It’s generally not considered a bastion of intellectual achievement.  In fact, there’s a rhyme about that school:

“Stout, Stout, the easy way out
If you can’t make it there, then go to Eau Claire…”

 LOL “When in doubt go to Stout”
